ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Virtual Traffic Stop VR experience aims to create a virtual demo of the real-life Virtual Traffic Stop application. The application itself allows police officers to communicate with drivers remotely once the driver has been pulled over, to reduce risk of escalation. This keeps both the driver and the officer safer. 

In the VR experience, the user can take on the role of either the driver or the officer in order to better understand how the VR Traffic Stop application will preserve the communication necessary, while keeping both parties safe.

This experience uses the Google Daydream, which is compatible on Google Pixel and Pixel XL, Motorola Moto Z, Asus Zenfone AR, Huawei Mate 9 Pro, ZTE Axon 7, Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, LG V30, and all later models. To experience it, download the Daydream app.
